Are you logged in on Windows and did you already connect a folder from your NAS using some credentials? Are you now trying to connect to a different folder on your shared NAS with a different user? You will encounter the “Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one username, are not allowed” error.

Solution
To solve this issue you will have to disconnect the other folders from your NAS and reconnect using your desired user. To do this open a terminal as an administrator and execute the following commands.
net stop workstation /y
net start workstation
Now you can navigate to your NAS and log in with your desired user.
