How Can We Help?
Elementor 3.26.0 not compatible with Phlox Core Elements
Are you using Phlox on your WordPress instance? Did you also add Elementor? In that case, you might find that your website stopped working after installing Elementor 3.26.0 and up.
The Problem
After updating your website to Elementor 3.26.0 and later, and Phlox is installed, you might encounter an error with your website:

The Cause
The reason this problem pops up is because the Phlox Core Elements plugin is colliding with Elementor.
The Solution
You could roll back Elementor to version 3.25.11, and your website will work again. However, that brings other risks. Therefore, go to the plugins page on your WordPress website.
Locate the Phlox Core Elements plugin, deactivate it, and then uninstall it.
If you refresh the plugins page you will see the following message:

Click the “Install – Phlox Core Plugin”. Once installed and activated your website should work again.
If the banner does not appear read this article (docs.phlox.pro), and download the plugin from there.
